Our plan is to have a fleet composed of tugs, barges, fishing vessels and supply ships with cranes. We will start by using existing vessels and proven technologies and adapt those to collect ocean nets and debris of various sizes.  Tugs and barges are particularly important for removing massive ghost nets, and fishing vessels can be adapted to safely fish for a myriad of types of plastic consumer debris.

Our technical team is comprised of leading expert oceanographers, maritime engineers, current and weather experts, debris tracking system leaders, and naval architects.   Our founder, Mary Crowley, has logged over 100,000 nautical miles in the world’s oceans and has led three major research expeditions to the Pacific Gyre.  We're ready to begin major ocean clean up.
